Freddie D. Cantorna is a Realtor who combines his love for the industry with his passion for helping and educating people. He is known for his impeccable work ethic, well-rounded grasp of the market, impressive negotiating skills, and remarkable marketing strategies. He has developed a strong reputation amongst his clients and peers as a premier agent servicing the islands of Oahu and Maui.

Freddie recognizes that investing in real estate is one way to build wealth and his passion for real estate started early at the age of 22 when he purchased his first home. Since then, he has bought, remodeled, and sold over 12 personal properties which allowed him to extensively learn and refine his real estate skills, grow his portfolio, and teach his clients the value of home ownership.

He knows that buying or selling a home is a big decision and can be difficult, but he is appreciated for his thoughtful guidance and vision. Freddie educates and advises his clients with informed assessment of the current real estate market. He excels at providing insightful, comprehensive expertise, and marketing applications that produce results. Sellers benefit from the skillful marketing measures he applies to fully accentuate their home’s special features. On behalf of the seller, he takes every measure to protect and achieve the targeted sales value of their property. When working with buyers, he provides close personal attention, and will work tirelessly to identify just the right property that meets their personal objectives. Through his passion for home design he has an amazing vision when it comes to modifying the floor plan and/or adding additional key design elements; Freddie can create additional value and increase equity through presenting cost-effective modifications or specific upgrades to the property.

Freddie has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University. Prior to attaining his real estate license, he served as a Senior Human Resources & Finance Sergeant in the US Army. After his military career, he then served as a small business executive overseeing large operations and employing 75+ personnel. Through his experience in the military and running a business, he has grown to really understand how to listen and service the needs of his clients. Freddie is accustomed to working hard, providing results, and ensuring client satisfaction.
